Meet Andre & Niki.  They are two friends from Winnipeg who have travelled the globe quenching their thirst for alternative healing practices.  Niki studied Tantra yoga in India and Andre is an apprentice of Ashaninka healer Juan Flores.  Together they offer a unique 60 minute experience which combines ancient healing techniques with present day awareness.  Niki guides a gentle series of stretching and breath awareness while Andre accompanies her with songs from the amazon called Icaros.  They are songs of gratitude and they encourage participants to relax into a sacred state of being.  It is an opportunity to  check into your most soulful self and appreciate your existence. Absolutely everyone is welcome to join us.
